Billing & paid features
App blocking and the journey calendar are optional paid extras; the timer and mood check-in are free. All purchases are handled by Apple — you can view or cancel anything under Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your iPhone.

- Is Nothing free?
- Yes, to start. The do-nothing timer and the post-session mood check-in are free. App blocking and the journey calendar are optional paid extras — no subscription is required to use the core practice.
- How do I manage or cancel a purchase?
- All purchases are handled by Apple. You can view, manage, or cancel anything under Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your iPhone.
